Pickups at our Pittsburgh location are currently unavailable. All orders will be shipped.


Plants come in all shapes and sizes and may look slightly different than the ones pictured. 




We ship orders anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders, once processed, will ship to you from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Planters may ship separately from plants. No shipping available for wholesale orders.

*Please keep your location's temperature in mind when placing an order, especially if your package will need to sit outside once it is delivered. If your package will need to sit outside for an extended period of time in the cold, please consider using a different shipping address or waiting until the weather is warmer.

*During winter months, we will delay shipping out plants when the temperature is too low to avoid harming the plants during transit. Please keep this in mind if placing a time-sensitive order. Feel free to email us before placing an order if you have any questions.

Shipping Options

  1. $9.00 for shipped orders of 4 plants or less
  2. $16.00 for shipped orders of 5 plants or more
  3. PITTSBURGH PICKUPS ARE SUSPENDED FOR NOW BASED ON THE GOVERNOR'S 3/19 ANNOUNCEMENT. Free pickup at our Pittsburgh location (Lawrenceville - 158 41st St.) Your order will be held for one week after you place your order (ex: if you place your order on a Thursday, you must pick up before end of business hours on the following Thursday). If orders are not picked up within one week, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please use the note comment box in your cart to let us know which day you plan on picking up your plants. Must be picked up during regular business hours, which can be found here. Please email us ASAP if you have any questions.


If your plant was damaged during transit, please send us an email (with photos) at so we can get it sorted out.




Online orders: We allow refunds up to 15 days from the date of purchase if plants arrive damaged from the shipping process. Please email within 15 days from the date of purchase to let us know the situation.

Wholesale or retail orders picked up at our Pittsburgh location: all sales are final.
