Plants come in all shapes and sizes and may look slightly different than the ones pictured.
SHIPPING & PICKUPS
We ship orders anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders, once processed and packed up, will ship to you from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Planters may ship separately from plants.
Please keep your location's temperature in mind when placing an order, especially if your package will need to sit outside once it is delivered. If your package will need to sit outside for an extended period of time in extreme temperatures, please consider using a different shipping address or waiting until the weather is better suited for shipping.
During winter months, we will delay shipping out plants when the temperature is too low to avoid harming the plants during transit. Please keep this in mind if placing a time-sensitive order. Feel free to email us before placing an order if you have any questions.
If your plant was damaged during transit, please send us an email (with photos) at email@example.com so we can get it sorted out.
Online orders: We allow refunds up to 15 days from the date of purchase if plants arrive damaged from the shipping process. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the date of purchase to let us know the situation.
Wholesale or retail orders picked up at our Pittsburgh location: all sales are final.
