Shopping Q's

Can I shop in person in Pittsburgh?
Sometimes. We are an online plant shop but our warehouse is located in Pittsburgh. If you’re in Pittsburgh you can pick up your order in Lawrenceville and you don’t have to pay for shipping. However, our location is a warehouse not a retail store, so we are not open everyday for in-person shopping like a regular retail store is. 
We do sometimes host sidewalk shops in Lawrenceville or travel around town for pop up shops where you CAN shop in person. Those are always announced on social media.

Where do I pick up my local pickup order?
Our address for GPS purposes is 158 41st Street Pittsburgh PA 15201. Our main entrance is around the corner on Foster Street.

I placed a shipping order on accident but want to pick it up. What do I do?
Send us an email after you place your order and we can refund you the shipping charges. We must be notified of this change before the packing process begins so make sure to email us ASAP. Orders cannot be modified once you receive the shipment email with the tracking number.

Can I include a gift message with my shipped order?
Sure! Just send over an email right after you place your order and we’ll include it in the shipment. All orders sent as gifts include a gift invoice so the recipient will know who it is from. The gift invoice also includes the plant names so they can look up care instructions.

Can I be notified when a product comes back into stock?
If you would like to be notified when we restock the website, sign up for our restock emails using the pop-up on the site. We do not offer restock notifications for individual plants. 

What are the plant sizes?
The inches next to the plant names refer to the diameter of the top of the plant pot, not the height/width of the plant itself.
